Hinweise für Festivalpass-Besitzer*innen

Mit dem Festivalpass hast du freien Zutritt zu allen Veranstaltungen*, jedoch keine generelle Sitzplatz- und Zutrittsgarantie.

Du willst kein Risiko eingehen? Reserviere dir dein Sitzplatz im Voraus! Das funktioniert so:

1. Wähle im Ticketshop oben einzelne Tickets zum Normalpreis aus.
2. Erfasse vor Abschluss der Buchung im Warenkorb den Code, den du mit der Festivalpass-Buchung per Mail erhalten hast, als Gutscheincode.
3. Kontaktdaten ergänzen und die Buchung abschliessen.

Wichtig: Deine Reservation verfällt 15 Minuten vor Veranstaltungsbeginn. Sei also rechtzeitig vor Ort!

Information for Festival Pass Holders

The festival pass offers free access to all events*, but no general guarantee for a seat or access.

Don’t want to take any risks? Reserve your seat in advance! It works like this:

1. Select individual tickets at the normal price in the ticket shop above.
2. Before completing your booking in your shopping cart, enter the code that you received by email with your festival pass booking as a voucher code.
3. Add contact details and complete the booking.

Important: Your reservation expires 15 minutes before the beginning of the event. Please make sure to be there on time!
