Sophie Emilie Beha works in diverse contexts, including music, text, journalism, curation, improvization, dramaturgy, and poetry. She is an author and presenter for various public broadcasters. She also writes regularly for newspapers and various trade magazines. On stage as well as in front of the camera, she moderates festivals, concert introductions, podcasts, and panel discussions. In Cologne, she curates concerts and festivals in the Stadtgarten and founded the interdisciplinary festival guterstoff. She is also a dramaturge for the singers’ collective PHØNIX16 in Berlin and a member of the experimental vocal ensemble Γλωσσα.
