Ben Pauli, Project Manager, brings together a Master’s degree Music Pedagogy with over ten years of experience in education and cultural work. He has worked on national and international music projects and developed marketing strategies for classical and jazz artists, moving fluidly between the worlds of music academia and experimental cultural initiatives. Based in Zurich, he is actively involved in community-oriented cultural projects and collaborative, scene-driven practices. He works for Norient since December 2025.
