Frederico Floeter
Frederico Floeter is a graphic artist, researcher, and designer. He has created designs for brands, magazines, and books, serving both corporate and cultural purposes. From 2013 to 2015, he was the head of Descompasso Edições, a collective of artists and designers that produced printed art books, posters and self-publications. During the same period, he runned Step In Recordings, a digital record label focused on showcasing Brazilian experimental electronic artists. Frederico curated artists, released records, and produced music videos and live performances, all with a distinctively collaborative approach. In 2014, he organized 1DEA BRAS1L, an educational series of talks that explored contemporary practices and themes in design and art. Currently, his research is focused on the graphic identity of Brazilian independent record labels in the 1980s and 1990s.
