Berit Schuck
Berit Schuck is a curator and researcher based in Berlin. She is co-founder and co-curator of Qayyem, a roaming platform for curatorial research, launched in 2019 in Amman, Alexandria, and Tangier, currently hosted by the MMAG Foundation in Amman. Previously, she was program director at MASS Alexandria, where she managed an independent studio and study program for artists, residency programs, off-site projects, and exhibitions, among others. In 2017, she curated the Visual Arts Program of the D-CAF – Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival in Cairo, and in 2015 Trading Zones at Le 18 and Dar al-Ma‘amoun in Marrakech. Schuck completed her M.A. at Free University Berlin.
