Biography
Bernie Krause is an American musician and ecologist. He founded Wild Sanctuary, an organization dedicated to the recording and archiving of natural soundscapes, is an author, soundscape recordist, and bio-acoustician, who coined the term biophony and as a founder of the field, was germane to the definition and structure of soundscape ecology.
