Co-Events

Since 2002 Norient is producing topical events concerning on musical, cultural, political and social topics in Berne, Switzerland and abroad. Therefor Norient is using generate knowledge from the networks of musicians and authors out of his Online Magazine. In the past years Norient has produced many concerts, club nights, conferences and movie nights in collaboration with various institutions and hosts. Since 2010 Norient is focussing on the Musikfilm Festival but is still appearing as co-organizer.

> 2014-2016: 1+1 – A Worldwide Recording Project by Norient and Sound Development. Including three recording sessions in Cairo (Egypt), Honolulu (Hawaïi/USA) and Lomé (Togo) and a release event at Stall 6 in Zurich (Project Page)

> 2009: Production of ten listening points in the exhibition «Traum und Wirklichkeit. Zeitgenössische Kunst aus dem Nahen Osten» at Zentrum Paul Klee, Berne – curation of concerts and performances in the exhibition
