Łukasz Polowczyk is a Berlin-based writer, sound / spoken word artist, and educator. His work explores the effects of transposing poetics rooted in text into sound and visual (or audiovisual) media. His spoken word project AINT ABOUT ME was featured in The Wire, Lodown, Nowa Muzyka, Passion of Weiss, etc. Individual songs from the project were played on BBC 6 (Mary Anne Hobbs), BBC 3, World Wide FM, On The Wire Radio, KCRW, etc. Łukasz runs a creative agency specializing in artist development, with emphasis on the art of communication and creating sustainable, bespoke operational blueprints. He gives lectures at the Zurich University of Arts, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art, BIMM, Sonart, and Music Pool Berlin.
